Major pipework installation for natural gas plant

In 2019, Rockwell were contracted by Edina to carry out works on the Trigeneration Plant located at the ESB Pfizer Newbridge facility. The plant comprised of a purpose-built enclosure to house the genset and its ancillaries, located adjacent to building 5. The plant was designed to run on natural gas, producing a total output of 4.3MWe.

Rockwell were entrusted with carrying out several purpose specific installations, including free issue equipment, exhaust gas pipework supply to the CHP plant, compressed air pipework, CHW pipework and providing assistance throughout commissioning.
