Graduates are closely mentored throughout their training, while getting real, hands-on experience of delivering complex pharma projects. We have close partnerships with many third level institutions, have clear pathways for progression, and have exciting plans to formalise our graduate and apprenticeship programmes by the end of the year.

The Lighthouse Charity is the only charity that provides emotional, physical and financial wellbeing support to the construction community and their families.
