Early engagement supporting project delivery
A new production building was constructed adjacent to the existing manufacturing building at MSD Ballydine, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. The new production building included standard reactors, tanks, filter dryer with isolator discharge and hood space for technology skids. Early engagement was paramount to the project’s delivery. Rockwell’s in-house team carried out design works, submittals, and procurement for the project.
Precise selection and installation
Coordinating with other trade partners, the scope for the project included precise AHU selection, and the installation of free issue control field instruments. Rockwell also managed the supply and installation of all inline equipment as well as insulation, and full commissioning support. The off-site manufacture of stainless-steel roof stacks, integrated weathering cowls and installation of duct on pipe racks were seamlessly executed. The project concluded with a seamless handover, ensuring client satisfaction and an on schedule project delivery.
