HVAC services to new and reconfigured areas, including strip out of redundant services in semi-live environments
Rockwell were the HVAC contractor for the expansion of Janssen Sciences production facility in Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork. The project required included the careful removal of redundant services and enabling works working within a live environment setting, which called on Rockwell’s expertise in live environment activities & coordinating with key client stakeholders other trade partners.
The project encompassed HVAC services for all new and reconfigured areas, the supply, and installation of all equipment items, and the precise installation of free issue controls field items. Thermal insulation of services and AC systems for specific electrical rooms were also successfully executed. Rockwell’s involvement extended to walk-downs, system handover, attendance at commissioning, and the ultimate project handover, ensuring a smooth and successful expansion for Janssen Sciences.
