Large scale HVAC design and install for a complex build

In 2022, Eli Lilly commenced development of a major new pharmaceutical facility on the outskirts of Limerick, Ireland. The complex project demanded a proven, experienced HVAC and pipework services provider. With a track record of supporting Eli Lilly on advanced projects across other site locations, Rockwell were awarded the contract for the design and install of the large-scale HVAC works.

 

Advanced, fully integrated, digital site

Since beginning the project in early 2023, Rockwell have provided design co-ordination. We installed and tested over 26,000m2 of ductwork, including 22 air handling units. The project also includes refrigerant piping to all fan coil units, and commissioning and BIM support.

Contracted under Jacobs in 2023, Rockwell are approaching completion on the project.
