Mechanical install for purified water treatment system

Purpose built mechanical pipework install in a live environment

In January of 2024, Veolia Water Technologies commissioned the supply and install of a purified water treatment system at their Centre of Excellence facility in Kildare.

Rockwell were the main mechanical co-coordinators for the installation of the treatment system. The project required experienced pipework personnel to interpret the needs of the client and supply a unique engineering solution.

Rockwell also played a key part in the commissioning of all system installs across the project scope.

Black Utilities install, with six core components

The project required the mechanical install of black utilities, needed for generating purified water. The purified water treatment system consisted of six components: a chilled water system, an instrument air system, mains water distribution, utility steam WWP PT & RO, utility steam WWP Boiler and a steam header.
