LOD100 to LOD 500 modelling
Being the design trade partner nominated by the client for the entirety of the project’s life cycle, our in-house design engineers played a central role in this project. Overseeing the design process from the initial Concept stage through to the Basis of Design, Detailed Design, and ultimately the IFC phase.
Their responsibilities included sizing services, selecting equipment, and modelling all services. Additionally, our designers expertly coordinated with trade partners to ensure spatial alignment and seamless interface integration.
Construction and Commissioning
Our construction team and planners were actively involved throughout the design process, conducting constructability reviews and meticulously planning for field accessibility. They also played a key role in developing a construction schedule led by trade partners.
The project scope required elements from many of our service offerings. From mechanical installs on site to off-site manufacturing (OSM) from both our pipework and metal fabrication workshops.
Having previously carried out the design and build of two compressed air skids on a previous phase of the project. Additionally, the project saw the fabrication and install of 4000m2 of Galv ductwork, 600m of fully welded pipework and a variety of equipment installs.
