Sean has experience across multiple sectors including, life sciences, food & beverage, and industrial manufacturing,. Earning a BSc Hons in Construction Management from Waterford Institute of Technology, Sean built on his education with experience in Ireland and overseas. Now a strong program and project management professional, Sean brings a wealth of organisational management know how to his role as Operations Director.

Mark Hall, Michael O’Riordan & Cian Hennessy oversee a team of 30 engineers split between the design and mechanical engineering functions of Rockwell.
Mark Hall serves as the lead Engineer for Rockwell’s Design Team, overseeing a department crucial to the engineering and manufacturing process. With a background that began in the United States, Mark returned home to further his career and joined Rockwell in 2016, where he has become recognized as an expert in HVAC and mechanical services.
Michael joined Rockwell in 2006 as an estimator and site engineer, progressing to playing key roles in most of Rockwell’s major projects since. With a diverse set of skills, Michael has worked in all aspects of the company, including draft work, estimating, design engineering and construction engineering. In 2007, after his initial role in the estimating office, Michael progressed into the role of site engineer for some of Rockwell’s main clients. This laid the foundation for his experience of installing HVAC and process pipework systems. Michael continued to built on his first hand experience and specialised skillset by expanding his expertise to ISO9001 accredited cleanrooms and on site services.
Cian Hennessy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role as Principal Design Engineer. Further strengthening Rockwell’s in-house design capacity, Cian enhances Rockwell’s ability to continuously support clients with their design and engineering needs.
With a key focus on working with clients on decarbonisation and sustainability projects, this enables Rockwell to deliver turnkey projects from design right through to project on site delivery and handover.
Having delivered significant large-scale design and decarbonisation projects for clients globally, providing energy savings and reducing carbon footprints, Cian’s expertise in this field will shape Rockwell’s focus as we continue to engineer for the future.
Kateryna Khomenko is a results-driven Senior Design Engineer specialising in HVAC. With more than 16 years’ experience in designing systems for data centers and pharmaceutical facilities. As well as residential, educational and retail construction projects.
Since joining Rockwell in 2022, Kateryna has excelled at coordinating multidisciplinary projects, emphasizing energy efficient and cost effective solutions, and passionate about contributing to safer, more efficient built environments.
Joining Rockwell in 2022, Iryna Venhryn is one of Rockwell’s key project engineers. She is a decorated academic, holding two PHD’s and has lectured in universities prior to assuming her role in Rockwell. Outside of university, Iryna gained a wealth of experience in construction management and project coordination. These experiences transfer into valuable skills that Iryna applies on a daily basis carrying out her role with Rockwell.
Svetlana Bajovic joined Rockwell in 2023 and immediately became one of Rockwell’s most valued project engineers. With 10 years experience before joining Rockwell, Svetlana is highly skilled in all elements of her role. With expertise in meticulous design softwares to understandings in the vast facets of mechanical engineering, Svetlana has skills applicable to all stages of a project life cycle.
Since joining Rockwell in 2016, Robert Harrington has consistently excelled as a project manager, overseeing crucial tasks such as project commercial management and procurement of follow-on work orders. With a diverse background in the construction sector, Robert’s transition to Rockwell has seen him successfully manage significant projects for industry leaders.
John Gleeson is a Project Director at Rockwell with over 25 years of experience within the Pharmaceutical, Bio-Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industries, with in-depth skills in project management, cost management and commissioning.
Overseeing the electrical scope of works on projects focusing on decarbonisation and turnkey solutions, as well as managing the electrical sub-contract elements on our mechanical projects. John plays a part in every aspect of the project lifecycle, from design right through to project delivery and handover.
Now in his 10th year of service, Declan O’Regan is one of the most well-rounded construction managers at Rockwell. An engineer by trade, Declan has a diverse understanding of project delivery, from the tendering process to handover, he has a unique grasp of the nuts and bolts of each stage of a project’s life cycle.
Since becoming part of Rockwell in 2016, Damien Robinson has combined his prior experience with ongoing education to enhance his responsibilities as a project manager. With extensive experience in many all services provided by Rockwell, Damien has delivered projects that required HVAC, process pipework and cleanroom installations for many of Rockwell’s largest clients. Also with a keen proficiency in scheduling, resource allocation and design engineering processes, Damien’s abilities will be cornerstone to future Rockwell projects.
Robert joined Rockwell in 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience and skills from the 25 years he spent in the industry. A proficient problem solver and multi-tasker, Robert has overseen many projects ranging in value, and has often carried out managerial duties of different projects simultaneously. Robert’s expertise has contributed significantly to Rockwell since he joined early this year. His experience in general mechanical and electrical projects, as well as process pipe instal projects, have been a fine addition to Rockwell’s project management department.
James O’Rourke is one of Rockwell’s most proficient and trusted Project Managers, having joined the company in 2000 as a sheet metal worker. Through dedication and expertise, he climbed the ranks to foreman and eventually to his current role as a construction manager. James has played a crucial role in overseeing some of Rockwell’s biggest projects for industry leaders, consistently delivering exceptional results and upholding the company’s reputation for excellence.
Brian Hayes is a seasoned Project Manager at Rockwell, bringing his expertise to the company since 2016. Throughout his tenure, Brian has been instrumental in overseeing large-scale and complex projects for industry leaders as well as Rockwell’s biggest clients. His extensive experience and strategic approach have consistently ensured the successful completion of projects to the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency.
Paddy joined Rockwell in 2004. Throughout his 20 years with Rockwell, he has progressed from a pipe fitter to construction manager. He is currently the senior manager for pipework within the company, and his years of experience and expertise make him an invaluable asset on any project. Paddy has completed a vast variety of projects with Rockwell, ranging from small scale installations to large scale, multi service projects.His technical knowledge, management capability, and commitment to safety are evident in the continual delivery of successful projects.
First joining Rockwell in 1996 as a pipefitter, Paul Lonergan brings over two decades of expertise in pipework fabrication to the company. Having joined Rockwell as a newly qualified pipe fitter, he has advanced to a skilled leader known for his dedication and commitment to quality and safety.
When joining Rockwell at the age of 16, Conor Leslie was not only beginning his apprenticeship, he was beginning one of the longest tenures at Rockwell. Conor steadily climbed the ranks through his dedication and talents in metal fabrication. Now with an impressive 32 years of experience exclusively at Rockwell, his leadership plays a pivotal role in guiding and motivating his team to achieve outstanding results.
Dominic McEntee manages a team of 9 Environmental Health and Safety Officers stationed at each of our sites across Ireland.
With a distinguished career spanning 23 years, characterised by substantial involvement in large-scale commercial and industrial projects, Dominic has excelled in his role as the EHS team coordinator for some of the industry’s most significant undertakings in Ireland. Dominic’s ethos for Safety assurance stretches far beyond his professional career. As a volunteer for the Irish Red Cross and St John’s Ambulance, paired with his professional experience and expertise, contributes significantly to Rockwell’s commitment to a culture of safety and excellence.
Patrick Hickey is Rockwell’s Environmental Health and Safety Engineer, bringing a unique blend of expertise to the role. With degrees in both Civil Engineering and Health and Safety, Patrick’s career journey has seen him transition from engineering to his current position. Joining Rockwell in 2020 as a Health and Safety Officer, Patrick quickly advanced to the role of Environmental Health and Safety Engineer. His comprehensive understanding of engineering principles coupled with his dedication to ensuring a safe and compliant work environment makes him an invaluable asset to Rockwell’s team.
Anthony O’Sullivan manages a team of 8 Quantity Surveyors and estimators, stationed both in our headquarters in Cork and at some of our key sites across Ireland.
Since 2011, Anthony O’Sullivan has held the pivotal role of Commercial Manager at Rockwell, making him a central figure in the company’s operations for the past 13 years. Anthony has been instrumental in overseeing the substantial growth that Rockwell has achieved during this time.
Niall O’Callaghan serves as a Quantity Surveyor and Project Controller at Rockwell since 2018. With a background in craft work and installations, Niall brings valuable hands-on experience to his role. Leveraging his expertise, he plays a pivotal role in cost management, project planning, and coordination, ensuring the successful execution of Rockwell’s projects. Niall’s combined skills in quantity surveying and project control contribute significantly to the company’s efficiency and success.
Dan Mannix and Mary Hickey manage a team of 4 payroll & account managers within Rockwell’s finance department.
Mary has long been a central element to Rockwell’s management. From joining the company in 1985 having graduated from UCC with an honour’s degree in Commerce, she has since become a Chartered Global Management Accountant and a member of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants. Also holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management from the Marketing Institute of Ireland.
Denis Buckley began his career at Rockwell in 1986, starting as an apprentice and rising through the ranks to become a dedicated and enduring team member. With expertise in quantity surveying and estimating, Denis has served as Purchasing Manager since 2006, playing a pivotal role in Rockwell’s success and growth over his nearly 40-year tenure.
Glen Fagan joined Rockwell in 2022 to assist what is a busy purchasing and procurement function. With over 15 years within the Irish pharmaceutical construction industry, paired with his unique skills in logistics and planning, Glen continues to contribute to Rockwell’s procurement function.
Lorraine O’Dea manages a team of 3 HR administrators and 1 resourcing specialist within Rockwell’s HR function.
Lorraine is an experienced HR professional skilled in recruitment, retention, employment law, contracts, and performance management. Proven ability to handle pressure in diverse business settings, with strong communication skills to achieve organizational goals and develop profitable HR processes. Specialized in pre-employment screening, post-employment compliance, office administration, and CIPD associate-level qualified.
